Welcome Ravencrest year 1980-81!

Welcome to the beginning of the Ravencrest80-81 blog. I'm hoping there are enough of you out there that will respond and pass on to others this site so we can stay connected. A place you can stop by and browse when you have a moment or two. Send me Pix's of the family or yourself and I'll post them and connect with others you've lost track with.

Hi Lori - I think this is great! Here I thought I was a little slow, and I realize that I'm the first to sign up!
I am Sharon Wise and I was at Ravencrest all 3 terms that year. My brothers, Jim and Dave were there in the spring.
I am married to Merlin Nussbaum and live in the Lancaster, PA area with our 10 children-(minus the oldest one that just got married this last weekend!)
So, how does this work? Do you want more info now? I can send pics - but do you want them to your e-mail, Lori? Let me know.
I have a facebook, and xanga site too.
Blessings to all!

Hi Sharon,
I think maybe that I am the only one that can load pictures on this site? Unless you are more blogger swavy then I and know any tricks..other wise I guess e-mailing me would work. Put your contacts..e-mail, facebook and xanga addresses down too. Thanks for responding!! Spread the word to all you know.
Love,
Lori

Hi--this is Jennifer (Heller) Stohler. I was on staff the year you guys were there. I worked in the kitchen with Mary (whom I'm still in touch with). Do you even remember me? I had really long hair then--not anymore! I remember both of you.

HI Lori,
Paul Anderson here. Found your spot in the torchbearer alumni database. good idea.
I met my wife Karen at Ravencrest in 1986 when I was taking a second tour there.
We have two children; Jared (11) and Kaylee (8). We live near La Crosse Wisconsin and I work at a hospital there. A long way from Atlanta Georgia where I grew up.
Glad I found your blog. In touch soon. In Christ's eternal care;
Paul pkjkanderson@yahoo.com

Paul,
Wow, that is so cool....how long have you been this close??? Does Cary know? Man, I think a WI reunion needs to be done. Door County, where I am, is a wonderful place to visit!! Lots of state parks and water. Keep spreading the word about the Blog, I'd like to hear from others too. Thanks for leaving a comment.
